How does the calling work?
Click "Call Now" on any online astrologer. We use Agora technology for crystal-clear voice calls. You need sufficient wallet balance before starting.
What is the minimum wallet recharge?
Minimum recharge is ₹100. You can choose from preset amounts or enter a custom amount. We support UPI, cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay.
Are the astrologers verified?
Yes! Every astrologer on AstroSadhu goes through a rigorous verification process including credential checks, test readings, and background verification.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and never share your personal details with anyone. Your birth details are only shared with the astrologer during a session.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in cases of technical failure or if the astrologer disconnected early. Raise a dispute within 48 hours at support@astrosadhu.com.
What languages are supported?
Our platform supports English, Hindi and Bengali. You can filter astrologers by language to find someone who speaks your preferred language.
How accurate are the predictions?
Astrology is a guidance tool based on planetary positions. Results can vary. We recommend using it for insight and reflection, not as absolute prediction.
