Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable. However, if a payment was deducted but wallet was not credited, we will resolve within 3-5 business days.
Refund is applicable if: (1) Astrologer disconnected within 1 minute, (2) Major technical failure on our platform, (3) Session was charged but not started.
Email: support@astrosadhu.com with subject "Refund Request" within 48 hours of the session. Include your phone number and session details.
Approved refunds are credited back to your AstroSadhu wallet within 24 hours, or to your bank account within 5-7 business days.
Completed sessions, unused wallet balance, dissatisfaction with prediction accuracy (as astrology is guidance, not guarantee).
